The Town School Names New Head of Upper School

February, 2019The Town School in New York, NY, has announced that Carol Seeley will be the next Head of Upper School. Carol is currently Head of the Middle School at Poly Prep Country Day School, where she is a member of the senior administrative team, partnering closely with school leadership and teachers in serving strategic goals and day-to-day operations. Prior to her current position, Carol served as Poly’s Dean of 7th and 8th grade students, working closely with the student support team, supervising the advisory program, and managing the application process for students applying out for high school. Carol has also taught middle-school math at the Park School in Brookline, MA, Columbia Grammar and Prep, and at Poly Prep. She is a graduate of the Groton School, and earned her BA in Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College.
